Meet Julie, owner & founder of Waves Of Lux Concierge Service, originally from Belgium, but has called Costa Rica home for over seven years. She holds dual majors in Economics from the University of Antwerp and International Business from EAE Business School in Madrid. Her career has given Julie a wealth of experience in customer service, Airbnb hosting, and sales—roles where she truly learned how to put clients first and make their experiences unforgettable.

In her free time, Julie volunteers at a local dog sanctuary and her local church, always finding joy in helping others. You can also often find Julie engaged in various sports activities, embracing a balanced and active lifestyle.
Julie’s main focus with Waves Of Lux Concierge Services is to help both sides of the coin: creating work opportunities for the local community and crafting unforgettable memories for people interested in exploring the stunning beauty of Costa Rica.
I hired Julie as a concierge for my yoga retreat in Tamarindo in November 2023 and she was exceptional. Julie was quick to respond, she would solve all problems and her providers were awesome. She speaks 4 languages and even worked together with the staff at the hotel to translate any inconveniences. She was the sweetest person ever!
